Jade By Alba ships order between Monday through Friday. We will Ship out your order within 3 business days after funds have been confirmed and verified.
• US Shipping Flat Rate is $8.00 via USPS Priority Flat Box
• US Shipping will be Free when you purchase 2 items or more
• International Shipping will be $30.00 via USPS Flat Rate Box
• International Shipping will be $15.00 when you purchase 2 items or more via USPS Flat Rate Box
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped

2- RETURN POLICY:

Please read carefully before making your purchased:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and $10.00 restocking fee per item) within 7 days from shipping from our warehouse.
- All purchases, accessories, security tags, and packaging materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
- All returned or exchanged items must be new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing materials and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PRODUCT TAG OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
